"Drowning in Her Sea" — A Dark Whisper of Submersion
Water.
At first, it was tender, like the warmth of her fingertips. Then it became a weight, pressing against the chest, slowly filling the lungs.
You write back and forth between two names, the ink bleeding, blurring into a bruise of blue.
She asks what love is. You give an answer. The answer becomes another question.
The screen flickers occasionally, like a broken lighthouse. Save points scatter like buoys—each one you cling to pulls you deeper.
