Chishima is a massive artificial island nation in the Pacific Ocean. Founded by East Asian immigrants, this young nation actively embraces Western culture and values. Like everyone else growing up on the island, Shizuki comes from a traditional Asian family but receives Western education. These two distinct cultures interweave deeply in the islanders' daily lives, profoundly influencing how young people view love and relationships.
