About the Game
1999 – HAVENBROOK, UNITED STATES.
Journalist Janet Sheperd returns to her hometown to find a photograph. It's the only recent photo of her best friend, Isabelle Nox, who disappeared two years ago.
A memorial is being prepared. Janet needs that photo.
The photo is hidden somewhere inside her family's old hotel, now abandoned and awaiting demolition. With her is Lucas, a childhood friend, and their old walkie-talkies.
But as Janet searches through dusty rooms and forgotten corridors, something shifts. Hallways repeat. Time fractures. Events loop. Voice on the walkie-talkie begins to change, saying things he shouldn't know.
And other places start to bleed through the hotel: a university campus, a hospital, a school. Places where Janet lost something more than a friend. Places where she lost herself.
The deeper she goes, the more the building remembers.
And so does she.
To find the photo, Janet must uncover what really happened the night Isabelle vanished. The night her mind chose to forget.
Some places are abandoned.
Others are waiting.
