Think beyond traditional weapons. Use your deck of unique cards as the tools of your trade. Your approach is shaped by the cards you bring.
CARDS ARE SPECIAL ABILITIES
The special abilities you use are drawn from the cards in your deck. Cards allow you to scout, teleport, set up traps, blind enemies, and interact with your environment so that you can get in and out of each level without being seen.. unless you prefer the loud approach.
STEALTH-ACTION SANDBOX
Explore a living, nonlinear city where each infiltration is a puzzle of timing and creativity. Instead of strictly defined “levels,” you’ll roam Steeple City’s interconnected streets and alleys using smoke, misdirection, and quick thinking to turn complex encounters into clever triumphs.
EXPERIMENTATION & EXPRESSION
Just like your favorite card games, Sleight of Hand encourages you to experiment with card synergies. Whether you lure guards into Honey Traps, link multiple targets’ fates, or vanish into mist at the perfect moment, the goal is to feel clever by finding that perfect card combo to outwit those on your tail.
PLAYER DRIVEN PROGRESSION
Follow your own leads, find passwords in abandoned matchbooks, slip through hidden passages, and strike your old coven from unexpected angles. Adapt your route on the fly, reacting to the city’s shifting patrols and secretive inhabitants. Over time, grow more powerful, find new strategies, and discover unexpected interactions.
DYNAMIC ENCOUNTERS
Encounters evolve as you do. The city draws from a pool of handcrafted scenarios, adapting to your deck, your past actions, and random elements. This ensures each infiltration feels fresh, reactive, and ripe for experimentation.

MEET LADY LUCK
Step into the shoes of Lady Luck, an occult detective pulled out of retirement for one final job: infiltrate the rain-soaked streets of Steeple City and bring down the powerful coven you once called family.
When she finds out what her old coven is up to, they better hope they have a good hand. Lady Luck is voiced by Debi Mae West, (Metal Gear Solid’s Meryl Silverburgh).
