Humans migrated to a star system in the Andromeda Galaxy called "Surya" and evolved into a race known as the Neumin, who thrived under a democracy for thousands of years.
However, the Neumin people came under the control of Niyo, a once brilliant and benevolent scientist.
The good-hearted Niyo was exposed to radiation from a black hole that mutated her personality and drove her to madness...
Gameplay Overview: Starcrest is a third‑person action-adventure game focused on fast melee combat, exploration across multiple planets, and a story‑driven progression system. Players control Alia as she travels between worlds, completes missions, and uncovers the truth behind the Niyo Empire.
Combat:
Real‑time melee combat using Alia’s blade, the Sudarshana
Dodge, parry, and combo‑based attacks
Energy abilities that enhance damage and mobility
Boss encounters against elite commanders and large mechanical enemies
Exploration:
Travel to several planets, each with unique environments and hazards
Navigate forests, deserts, oceans, floating cities, volcanic regions, and frozen wastelands
Solve environmental puzzles and interact with local species and factions
Progression:
Upgrade the Sudarshana with new energy modules and materials
Unlock new combat abilities as the story advances
Repair and improve your ship to access new areas
