Build your rowing team and lead it to victory. You will have to find your own sources of income, provide the team with everything they need. Manage their training, as well as constantly make sure that they do not get into trouble.
On your way will stand competitors, authorities, organizers of underground races and a lot of those who believe that the only way to success in sports is money. Will you be able to prove otherwise?
