Typo! is an arcade typing defense game where your keyboard is the last line of defense.
Word-based viruses are attacking your system. Type their prompts before they breach your firewall, keep your mistakes under control, and survive as the pressure keeps rising. Every run is built around speed, accuracy, target priority, and staying calm when the screen starts to close in.
Type To Survive
Enemies advance with prompts attached. Complete a prompt to destroy the threat before it reaches your defenses.
Clean typing builds momentum. Mistakes break your rhythm. Missed enemies can cost health, score, or control of the run depending on the mode you are playing. The challenge is simple to understand, but each run pushes you to react faster, choose targets smarter, and type cleaner than before.
Choose Your Defense
Survival Mode is about endurance. Missed enemies damage your firewall, and the run ends when your defenses collapse.
Endless Mode is about score and precision. Missed enemies reduce your score, but typos are the real danger. Make too many mistakes and the run is over.
Wave Mode turns the defense into a structured fight. Clear escalating waves, survive special threats, choose upgrades during rest phases, and push for your best wave.
Pressure Keeps Rising
Typo! starts readable and focused, then steadily asks more from you. Enemies become faster, prompts become more demanding, and special threats begin to change the rhythm of the arena.
Some enemies pressure your speed. Some reward clean play. Some test your ability to stay accurate while the field gets crowded. The better you type, the more room you have to build streaks, earn chain bonuses, and keep your emergency shield ready when a run starts to slip.

Runs are short, direct, and easy to restart. Chase a new high score, survive one more wave, clean up your accuracy, or push your longest streak higher.
Your local stats track your progress across modes, while Steam leaderboards and achievements give you extra goals to chase without changing the core loop: type well, defend the system, and improve one run at a time.
