About this game
Hear the complex
Most of the underground facility is hidden from your eyes. Your main tool is sound.
Use a directional microphone to listen through concrete walls, track movement across the map, and learn the difference between human voices, failing machinery, and something that should not be inside.
Make decisions without seeing the whole picture
Every sound can be a clue. A footstep. A whisper. A broken door. A turret rotating in the dark. A sector that suddenly goes silent.
Use the radar when you need certainty, but remember: knowing where something is does not always tell you what it is.
Protect the Ascendants
You are not alone in the complex. Behind its concrete walls are the Ascendants — people chosen to make dangerous expeditions to the surface.
But the surface changes those who return. As the shift continues, fear, isolation, and something far worse begin to break them. Listen carefully, suppress rising aggression when necessary, and decide how much force you are willing to use to keep the facility under control.
Keep the systems alive
Turrets, radar, microphones, doors, and other devices are connected through an old terminal network. Systems can fail at the worst possible moment, and repairing them takes time you may not have.
Choose what to fix, what to ignore, and when to risk using damaged equipment. Sometimes a broken machine is just noise. Sometimes it is the reason you miss the real threat.
Survive the shift
Each shift pushes the facility closer to collapse. Creatures can enter through several access points, move through the ventilation system, or get dangerously close to your control room.
Listen, scan, repair, suppress, or open fire — but every action costs time, power, resources, or lives.
Guard the gate to Shakhtogorsk
The facility stands at the entrance to Shakhtogorsk, one of the last underground cities. Behind you are thousands of lives. Ahead of you are concrete corridors, sealed exits, and the surface no one truly understands.
Your shift begins when the elevator doors open. Reach the control room, bring the terminal online, and listen carefully. If the wrong sector goes silent, the city may be next.
Remember: you hear more than you see.
