Each floor hides anomalies; players must search carefully, and sometimes a floor may have none.
Enter the correct door to proceed to the next floor; a wrong choice sends you back to the first floor.
You must observe carefully and decide whether to enter the left or right door.
Make the wrong choice? You will be sent immediately back to the first floor.

The Endless Mode leaderboard lets you reach the highest level and show it to all players!
You can freely adjust the spawn chance of anomalies. Play at a difficulty that suits you whenever you want — that’s great!
Story Mode: Composed of multiple key memory fragments. Explore different scenes to gradually understand the source of the patient’s symptoms. Collect memory fragments and uncover the secrets behind the patient’s illness.
Endless Mode: Infinite floor challenge, with anomalies recurring to test players’ patience and observational skills.
