About this game

Signal Lost: The Ping

You wake up inside a sealed underground facility where the lights are gone and the corridors feel endless. There’s no map, no clear way out, and every decision echoes in the dark.

Your only reliable tool is PING—a sonar pulse that briefly reveals the environment like a sound-driven flash. But every ping also raises the facility’s attention. The more you rely on it, the more the system adapts… and the hunter gets closer.

Restore power across the complex by activating six Signal Nodes, piece together what happened through scattered logs, and reach the final exit protocol before the facility decides you’re the problem.

Key Features

  • PING Navigation: Reveal corridors, doors, hazards, and hidden paths for a split second through sonar-like pulses.
  • Risk vs. Clarity: Pinging helps you survive, but it also increases Threat and changes how the facility responds.
  • The Sentinel: A relentless security unit that learns your habits. It doesn’t chase noise—it chases signal.
  • Six Nodes, One Way Out: Activate critical systems across distinct facility sectors to unlock the Exit Protocol.
  • Explore & Uncover: Find logs and environmental clues that reshape your understanding of the mission.
  • Multiple Endings: What you discover (and what you ignore) affects how the story ends.

Gameplay Loop

Move carefully through near-total darkness, choose when to ping, manage your routes under pressure, and use the environment to survive. Sometimes the safest path is longer. Sometimes the shortest path is a trap.

Atmosphere First

No flashy heroics—just tight corridors, oppressive silence, and the uneasy relief of seeing the world for one second… then losing it again.

Note: Headphones recommended for the best experience.
