Overview

About this game

HERE AGAIN is a first-person retro psychological horror experience set deep within a underground facility.

You awaken in a place that seems both abandoned and alive. Dim corridors stretch endlessly, machines hum behind rusted walls, and somewhere within the facility a simple task awaits you:

Press the button.

Every few minutes.

Why?

You're left to figure it out on your own. As you wander through the empty corridors and locked rooms, you start to uncover hints of a bigger puzzle.
Weird machines, confusing riddles, and creepy clues suggest that there's something hidden beneath the surface - not just of this place, but maybe even of reality. The facility seems to be holding something back, but what is it? Is it keeping something trapped, or is it hiding something from the outside world? The more you explore, the more questions unravel.

What's really going on here? And what's lurking just out of sight?

or keeping you contained?

The deeper you venture, the more the boundaries between observation, memory, and reality begin to blur.

FEATURES

  • First-Person Psychological Horror with a retro-inspired aesthetic

  • Atmospheric exploration through a mysterious underground complex

  • Environmental puzzles and riddles woven into the facility itself

  • Minimal guidance — uncover the story through observation and discovery

  • A recurring task: remember to press the button

WARNING

HERE AGAIN does not contain waypoints, quest markers, or objective prompts.

Players are expected to:

  • Explore environments carefully

  • Observe subtle clues in the surroundings

  • Experiment and think critically to solve puzzles

  • Discover the narrative without explicit guidance

Progression relies entirely on player curiosity and attention. If you prefer games with clear directions, objective lists, or constant guidance, this experience may feel intentionally disorienting.

But if you enjoy uncovering mysteries on your own…

You might start to understand why the button exists.
