Every night, when the lights go out and the staff go home, the shelves come alive — and the clearance items are fighting for their lives.
You are the tactical commander of Easter's last holdouts: unsold chocolate eggs and seasonal stock. The enemy? Full-price Summer Garden Centre stock, marching down the aisles with cardboard armour and cardboard weapons, intent on clearing the shelves before morning.
Build your defences. Survive the night. And whatever you do — don't get caught.
A Tower Defence with Stakes
Clearance Defence is a strategic tower defence set inside a UK retail shop after closing time. Waves of enemies grow stronger with each passing night, and the map changes every day when the staff rearrange the shelves. No two nights are quite the same.
Your towers are built from makeshift store supplies — stationery, tape, whatever you can scavenge. Your engineers keep them running. Your walls force the enemy down the paths you choose — unless they decide to make their own.
