You wake up in a cell in an underground laboratory. Your mind is blank. Around you — silence, broken only by screams from the darkness. You don’t remember who you are. Don’t remember how you got here. Everyone around you is dead. And those who are still moving… crave your blood.
WIDE ARSENAL OF WEAPONS
Arm yourself with whatever you find within the complex’s walls. Pistols, rifles, assault guns, melee weapons — and more. Search for ammo, suppressors, laser sights, extended magazines. Or craft them from resources generously scattered throughout the utility rooms.
SANITY AT RISK
Your sanity is the one thing you can’t afford to lose. Don’t forget to take your pills — without them, your adventure will end faster than you can pull the trigger. But choose your meds wisely.
PUZZLES AND LOCATIONS
Fight your way out of the nightmare. Explore abandoned prison blocks, distribution halls, and laboratories where science has long ceased to be humane. Shooting alone won’t be enough to escape. Cleverly designed puzzles and traps, terminals, access cards, and batteries can be just as deadly as the mutants themselves.

OTHER THREATS
The secret complex isn’t dangerous only because of monsters. Your path to freedom will lead through fire — fire extinguishers will help with that. Use a gas mask to keep from suffocating in poisoned pipes. Avoid electrified surfaces.
